Configure Spark
You can build spark as either 1-level (laptop-only) or 2-level (strongly recommended). Since the instructions are different, you need to choose which to build now before you start.
2-LevelFor use with external keyboard and mouse. Strongly recommended for regular use.
1-LevelFor use with laptop only. Better for coffee shops and hotel rooms than the office.

Assembly Instructions
NOTE: Medium parts are pictured, but all steps are the same for all sizes. In these instructions, colors are used to identify the parts. Physically, all parts are blue-grey. Since Spark is a brand-new product, this is a brand-new instructions page. We'd love your feedback!

Before you start assembly, unbox Spark and lay out all the parts. This makes it much easier to understand what's going on, and to use the correct parts for each of the assembly steps.

1
Form a three-sided wall with the green part so that the printed markings are to the inside. Then add the folded two-layer purple part to slots S-1 to form a rectangular shape.

2
Fold the blue part as shown, forming a sideways U-shape at the bottom. The green part enters the slots in the sides of the U, and the base of the U is inserted in slots S-2 of the green part. When fully inserted, push the bottom section of the blue part down to slots S-3.

3
Flip the assembly onto its back as shown, and carefully finish the top edge by gently feeding the blue part into slots S-4. Work by alternating left and right and gradually stretch into place. Keep the front end flap of the blue part (installed in next step) folded out of the way as shown.

4
Using the backs of both hands, slightly flex the sides of the green part apart and use your thumbs to feed the end flap of the blue part between them to insert tabs into slots S-5.

5
Fold the pink part as shown (flip over the pink part and reverse all four creases for left-handed mouse [click here to see the difference]). Place Spark upright and facing towards you, and carefully feed the lip of the pink part into slots S-6.

With the assembly on its back, insert underside of the pink part into slots S-7. Be careful to fold under the end flaps as shown. Work gradually, alternating left and right, until the pink part is about half way into slots S-7.

7
Position Spark upright and facing you. Gently press down or tap on the pink part to seat it into place. If it seems jammed, or doesn’t go into place, return to step 6 and retry. Review your work to make sure all parts are fully installed and start enjoying your new healthy workspace!
